Who we are
This site is run by Wapis Group s.r.o., Slevarenska 16, 709 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 28637798 ("Wapis Group", "we"). We are the controller of the personal data described on this page.

What we collect and why
Contact form. Your name, email address, company (optional) and message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a guided demo. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Analytics. Only if you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages are visited and how visitors move through them. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time under Cookie settings.
Cookies
Strictly necessary: your cookie choice is remembered in your browser so we don't ask again. Always on.
Analytics (optional): Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*), set only after you accept them.
Who processes data for us
Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Resend (delivery of contact-form emails) and Google Ireland Ltd (analytics, only with your consent). Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Analytics data: 14 months, the longest period Google Analytics allows.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
